A blend of Bobal, Syrah and Garnacha from Ontinyent, a small village in Valencia. Lots of fresh red fruits and floral aromas jump out of the glass backed up by a spicy, toasty character. It's full and round on the palate with a long finish.
This is perfect with pasta in Bolognese sauce.
