Amie de-alcoholised Sparkling Rose (75cl, <0.5%abv)

Get to know: Amie de-alcoholised Sparkling Rose (75cl, <0.5%abv)

A crisp, properly dry alcohol-free sparkling rosé from the friends-led Amie project.

Tasting Note

A crisp, refreshing de-alcoholised sparkling rosé crafted from Grenache grapes in the sunny south of France. Lightly sparkling with fine bubbles, the wine delivers a dry, delicate taste that genuinely reads as wine rather than as alcohol-free juice. The reverse-osmosis process preserves Amie’s aromatic profile - strawberry, citrus zest, soft white peach - while keeping the alcohol content at a minimal 0.5%. Brilliant as an apéritif or with food.

Top food pairings:

  • Fresh salads - fig and burrata, prawn and avocado
  • Light seafood - grilled prawns, salt-and-pepper squid
  • Lightly spiced Asian dishes - Thai red curry, Vietnamese summer rolls
  • Charcuterie board with creamy brie and cured meats (Kate’s match-made-in-heaven pick)
Kate Says

“This zero-alcohol wine brings all the flavour, minus the buzz, so you can sip stylishly without a second thought. Whether you’re tackling a workout the next morning or just enjoying a laid-back evening, this wine gives you that glass-in-hand feeling without the aftermath.”

Producer Info

Amie is more than just a wine brand - it’s a project rooted in sustainability and social responsibility. They donate £1 from every order to charity: water, helping bring clean drinking water to communities in need. For the de-alcoholised sparkling rosé, they use a meticulous reverse osmosis process that preserves the delicate aromas and flavours of wine while keeping alcohol content at a minimal 0.5%. The same trio of friends behind Amie X Rose (Will Sandbach, Abbie Roden and Hermione Underwood) - and the same care.

How it’s made:

  • 100% Grenache from the Languedoc, south of France
  • Vinified as a regular sparkling rosé first
  • Reverse osmosis used to gently remove alcohol while preserving aromatic profile
  • Final ABV: under 0.5% (legally classified as alcohol-free)
  • Vegan friendly

Good to know:

  • Region: Languedoc-Roussillon, France
  • Style: Sparkling rosé, dry, de-alcoholised
  • Grape: Grenache 100%
  • ABV: <0.5% (de-alcoholised)
  • Method: Reverse osmosis dealcoholisation
  • Vintage: NV
  • Charity: £1 per order donated to charity: water

Why we love it:

There are now two kinds of alcohol-free fizz in the UK market - the kind that tastes like sweet grape juice with bubbles, and the kind that actually drinks like wine. Amie is firmly in the second camp. Reverse osmosis is the gentlest dealcoholisation method (it keeps far more aromatic detail than vacuum distillation), and the Grenache base gives a properly dry rosé profile. The £1-per-order charity: water donation is the kind of detail that turns a purchase into a small thing you can feel good about. The alcohol-free rosé we’d hand to a non-drinking host or stash for dry January.
