Venta la Vega, Adaras Lluvia Blanco 2025

Get to know: Adaras Lluvia Blanco Organic 2025

A refreshing Spanish white wine from the high-altitude vineyards of DO Almansa.

Tasting Note

Lime zest, kiwi and passion fruit leap from the glass, followed by juicy peach and nectarine that give the wine instant appeal. Pale lemon in colour, it's bright and aromatic from the very first pour. The palate combines crisp citrus freshness with ripe stone fruit, while several months on fine lees bring a gentle creaminess and subtle savoury edge without taking away its lively character. A mineral thread runs all the way through, leading to a clean, mouthwatering finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Fresh, vibrant and effortlessly drinkable, it's made for sunny afternoons.

Top food pairings:

  • Grilled octopus or clams a la marinera
  • Goat's cheese salad
  • Citrus-marinated chicken with fresh herbs
Kate Says

"I love producers who know when not to interfere. Everything here – from the organic vineyards high above sea level to the careful lees ageing – is about preserving flavour rather than manipulating. It feels honest, balanced and completely true to where it comes from."
