Cortese Nostru Orange-Utan 2024, Sicily, Italy – 12% ABV, Organic

Organically grown Inzolia (macerated for 2–3 weeks) and Zibibbo (macerated for 6 weeks) are fermented on skins at controlled temperatures, with gentle daily punch-downs during fermentation. Left on fine lees for 3 months before bottling, the result is an amber-hued wine full of citrus, stone fruit, wild herbs and spice. Dry, textured and wonderfully refreshing with a savoury finish.
