Get to know: Harewood Estate Pinot Noir Denmark 2022
A beautifully expressive Australian Pinot Noir from the cool-climate vineyards of Denmark in Western Australia.
Tasting Note
Harewood Estate's Demark Pinot Noir is a soft and aromatic red that captures the elegance of this maritime region. Bright ruby in colour, it shows lifted aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petal and a gentle savoury spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with silky tannins, juicy raspberry and cranberry flavours, and a touch of forest floor complexity. It finishes with a long, graceful freshness. This is a lovely cooler-climate Aussie Pinot Noir - fruit-driven, layered, and refined.
Top food pairings:
- Seared duck breast with cherry glaze
- Wild mushroom risotto
- Herb-crusted salmon
Kate Says
"This Pinot is like walking through a sun-dappled forest with a basket of ripe cherries - fresh, inviting, and just a little bit romantic. Perfect for slow meals and good company."
