Get to know: Estandon Le Rollier Rose Wine
Tasting Note
Fresh, dry Provençal pink that’s made for sunny days and laid-back meals with friends.
A treat for fans of Provence-style Rosé with all the hallmarks: pale salmon pink in the glass, vibrant citrus and wild strawberry aromas, and a refreshing, dry finish. It’s delicate but not shy – expect flavours of pink grapefruit, white peach and redcurrant, with a subtle herbal lift that keeps things fresh and lively.
Top food pairings:
- Chargrilled veggie skewers with courgette, pepper & aubergine
- Classic Niçoise salad with tuna or white beans
- Cheese: soft goat’s cheese or fresh mozzarella
Great as an apéritif, but it really shines when paired with food – especially light, summery dishes.
Kate Says
"We serve this in our bars here in the North West and the feedback from customers has been brilliant. It's the ideal rosé that can hold your attention with each sip, but can also fade into the background when you want to enjoy the company of friends."
