Made using the ancient Kakhetian method, Chelti Kisi Qvevri is a beautifully expressive skin-contact white wine – often known as orange wine – crafted from the rare indigenous Kisi grape. Fermented with wild yeasts in traditional underground clay vessels called qvevri, this natural wine is a true reflection of Georgia’s winemaking soul. Expect bold, evocative aromas of sun-dried apricot, spiced honey, quince paste and ripe pear, lifted by a whisper of cinnamon and wild herbs. On the palate, it’s textured and mouthfilling, with soft tannins and a gentle grip balanced by lively acidity. The finish is long, savoury, and quietly addictive.

One of Georgia's finest family-owned wineries whose wines receive multiple awards each vintage. The history of Chelti Winery can be traced back to the last century, when in the depth of the Kakheti region, in the village of Shilda, the ancestors of the Mirianashvili family built their first wine cellar. The family tradition was revived in 2001 with the initiative of Giorgi Mirianashvili, the founder and CEO of the Chelti Winery Company, who expanded on the already existing household cellars and vineyards. The total space of the territory now amounts to 80 hectares and includes vineyards, traditional Georgian (Qveri) and Classic (oak & steel) cellars, an underground wine warehouse and a tourist complex.
