A fine Bordeaux red wine. Château Biac has become a rising star of Côtes de Bordeaux, a unique area with a diversity of terroir that allows the winemaker flexibility to create a wine from a rich pallette. Owner Gabriel Asseily relates his wine to music and calls this their Chamber Orchestra. It is a blend borne from the same plots as their firs wine, Château Biac, but with a view to being drunk more readily. This is the perfect gift for a serious Bordeaux lover, presented in a wooden gift box. This wine can be enjoyed now or aged for a few more years in the cellar.

Fruity and fresh, it is a good companion for a dinner party. The nose is very pure, unctuous, with graceful red fruits. The palate is fruit forward and full bodied with blackcurrant, dark chocolate, tobacco and savoury herbs. At first, very smooth and generous on silky and round tannins. This wine is already well balanced: young and harmonious. The finale is perfect smoothness.
A blend of 65% Cabernet Cauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Powerful, concentrated blackcurrant fruit with figs, prunes, sweet spices and more savoury, cedar and tobacco on the finish. A perfect pairing with roast beef.
