Kate Says
"This is a big wine from down in the south of Italy made using the lovely sounding grapes Negroamaro and Susumaniello. It's a serious wine with a rich flavour that’s easy to appreciate, which makes it a good choice for a gift."
Producer Info
For more than half a century, the production of Cantina Sampietrana has been based on the cultivation of the typical "Apulian tree": peculiarities of Puglia, they are trees that are more than 40 years old.
Still, from these ancient plants we produce the autochthonous varieties "Negroamaro, Primitivo and Malvasia"; the harvest is done manually, according to tradition, giving life to refined and full-bodied wines made in Puglia.
