A blend of Negroamaro 80% and Montepulciano 20% from Brindisi DOP Riserva. This wine is extraordinarily elegant. Aged in small oak barrels. Aromas of berries with smooth rounded tannins and a long finish.
Pairs well with spicy dishes, roast meats and mature cheeses.

Cantine Sampietrana have been making wine since 1952 at their winery in the historic centre of San Pietro Vernotico, a little town based halfway between Brindisi and Lecce in the south of Italy. They are dedicated to using sustainable methods to produce authentic wines with respct for their environment.
