Producer Info
Weingut Paul Schunk is a 400 year-old family-run winery in the beautiful Mosel valley. Their sites, Fankeler Rosenberg or the Bruttiger Pfarrgarten, offer ideal conditions for Riesling with their steep slate slopes. Producing wines showcasing the distinctive regional character, its Rieslings have won many prizes. These are wines that manage to appeal to both traditional and modern drinkers.
Their fermentation process relies on natural yeasts from the grapes or the cellar environment. The young wines mature on their lees for extended periods in both stainless steel tanks and traditional oak barrels, allowing the true character of each wine to shine.
