A delicious white wine from the iconic Portuguese winemaker Luis Pato, produced in the Bairrada region from grapes coming from old vines. The wine has a light yellow color, and and intense and complex aroma, with notes of citrus fruits, apple, white flowers and pear syrup. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and persistent, with a vibrant acidity and a long and mineral finish with hints of almond toast.
A perfect wine to pair with fish dishes, seafood, salads or fresh cheeses.

Luís Pato has been making wine in Bairrada since 1980, ten years after his father became the first producer to estate bottle wines after the Bairrada DOC was granted. These days, and more than 30 vintages later, Luis has 60 hectares of vines, growing the local varieties Baga for red wines, and Bical and Maria Gomes for whites. Winemaking has moved from the grounds of the family house in Ois do Bairro, to a smart winery in Amoreira de Gandara, and, of course, these days Luis Pato is not only the most famous producer in his region, but enjoys a global reputation too.
From a blend of traditional Bairrada white grape varieties, Bical, Cercial and Sercialinho, this wine merges the Bairrada white wine character with Luis Pato's personal interpretation of the region.
