Tasting Note

The white wine of choice on the Amalfi coast, this delightful wine is made using the Falanghina grape from Campania. It has a wonderfully aromatic nose of orange flower water, cut kumquats, peach, apple and apricot. On the palate you get crystallised orange peel and more peach and apple fruit. This wine is fresh and fruity and finishes with a dry and light minerality.

Try with home-made pasta with a tomato sauce.

Kate Says

"A must try for fans of dry, crisp, fresh Italian whites. This Falanghina from Campania is full of character and is a brilliant wine for the money. Great with simply cooked scallops."
