Buttery and soft spicy profile, subtle flavours of liquorice, peppermint and banana with a smooth oily texture. Finishing with smooth vanilla, sweet, grassy with a hint of nuttiness.
To create their Diablo Aged White Rum and all its subtle flavours, they tasked their master blenders to create a unique profile that was equally as great for mixing as it was for sipping on its own. They blended un-aged pot still rum from Jamaica with a blend of 2 to 5 year old rums from Trinidad and 2 to 3 year old rums from the Dominican Republic. Both of which were born in column stills and aged in American oak bourbon casks. The result is a smooth, crisp and light bodied rum, charcoal filtered to be crystal clear.
