A fresh and approachable Chianti Classico, this offers aromas of ripe plum and cherry, balanced with spicy, savory notes. On the palate, it bursts with redcurrant and bramble fruit flavours, complemented by a fresh acidity and supple tannins. The finish is juicy, with a subtle touch of black pepper.
Try this with spicy pasta dishes, sausages and red meat or cheese boards.

Produced in the southern Chianti Classico zone, near Castelnuovo Berardenga in Tuscany, this wine comes from vineyards over 25 years old at an altitude of 350-400 meters. The estate practices low-yield viticulture and uses the guyot method of vine training. The grapes are grown on pliocene soil with 25% rocky clay content, ideal for producing high-quality wines.
Fermented for 8-10 days on skins at 28-30°C for colour and tannin extraction. Matured for 10-12 months in Slavonian oak casks. Malolactic fermentation is done is stainless steel vats.
