To be enjoyed with seafood, for an aperitif or with a seafood platter, cooked oysters and sushi, scallops, grilled prawns or lobster.
Domaine Félines Jourdan is a family estate created in 1983 in Mèze on the edge of the Bassin de Thau, facing Sète. The family's winemaking know-how goes back to the grandfather of Claude Jourdan, the current winemaker. The proximity of the Mediterranean Sea allows the vines to benefit from a cooler climate than in the rest of Languedoc. Three terroirs, various soils and microclimates, ten well-adapted grape varieties. Claude took over from his mother, her style: fresh and lively wines worked in vats in order to preserve their fruity characters while preserving the environment.
