Blended from selected barrels, this is a sublime Armagnac with aromas and flavours of toasted pecans, raisins, cigar smoke, baked apricot, and a very long exotic spicy finish. A nicely warming after dinner sipper.
Run by Colette and Guy Vignoli, Domaine Laguille has been distilling since 1986 and focused their efforts entirely on Armagnac in 1990 using grapes from the vineyards surrounding their estate. They now have 65 hectares of vineyards and offer a range of wine alongside their spirits.
They ferment in stainless steel and mature the distilled eau de vie in Gascogne black oak barrels.
