Tasting Note

An elegant and refined French Champagne from the limestone slopes of Château-Thierry in the Vallée de la Marne.

Champagne Lete‑Vautrain Cuvée 204 Brut NV is a delicate and expressive sparkling wine that combines bright fruit with creamy texture. Pale gold in colour with a fine mousse, it opens with aromas of crisp apple, ripe peach, and apricot. On the palate, it’s lively and complex, showing orchard fruit, subtle brioche, and a long, precise finish. This Champagne is a superb example of small‑grower finesse, offering elegance without being shouty.

Top food pairings:

  • Oysters, crab, or lobster for a refreshing lift
  • Smoked salmon blinis or Camembert/Chaource
  • Light canapés or celebratory brunch dishes
Kate Says

"We love working with smaller Champagne producers. You get so much more for your money and this is a superb example. The apple and apricot fruit is bright and fresh. It’s complex and round. Gorgeous stuff."
