Delavenne make same exquisite Champagne. We love the richness and quality of fruit you find in their wine. This has aromas of white-fleshed and exotic fruits. The palate shows seductive volume and depth, combining full body and finesse.

Single village (mono-cru) Bouzy. 60% Pinot noir and 40% Chardonnay from family vineyards planted mid-slope in Bouzy.
Exclusively Grand Cru champagnes created with specific techniques that allow each champagne to naturally express the terroir in its purest form. Low-manipulation, single-village cuvees, only the coeur de cuvee goes in Delavenne's champagnes. A blend of only 2 harvest years maximum. The Grand Cru Vineyards are managed in a holistic way without the use of herbicides and no chemical fertilisers, growth between the vines is encouraged and grapes are hand harvested.
