Albarino from vineyard sites on the east coast of Uruguay, packed with granny smith apples, pears and a touch of butter. Beautifully refreshing, with a long finish, a great crowd pleasing white.
This comes from two vineyard sitesin Maldonado, fermented and aged on lees for around 9 months in large oak barrels to add a creamier texture and balance out the bright acidity.
A great white to try with seafood, try this with cod tacos for a real treat.
