This traditional method sparkling wine has a soft mousse and, as a result of extended time on the lees, has a round and textural mouth feel. Delicate orange blossom and sweet, shortcrust pastry on the nose with flavours of refreshing, lemon sorbet and a long finish on the palate. Delicious to drink now but also has tremendous aging potential.
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes handpicked at their partner vineyard in Hampshire. The wine was skilfully crafted by celebrated winemaker Dermot Sugrue.
