False Bay, Windswept Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Get to know: False Bay Windswept Sauvignon Blanc 2024

A vibrant and zesty South African white wine from the windswept coastal vineyards of the Western Cape.

Tasting Note

False Bay Windswept Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and expressive wine made from sustainably farmed grapes, this Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in colour with aromas of gooseberry, lime zest, freshly cut herbs, and a hint of coastal salinity. On the palate, it’s crisp and lively with flavours of ripe citrus, green melon, and gentle herbaceousness from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It finishes dry, refreshing, and textured, leaving a clean, lingering freshness.

Top food pairings:

  • Zesty vegan noodle salad with coriander and lime
  • Grilled sea bass or scallops
  • Tangy cheeses such as young goat’s cheese or feta
