Get to know: Coccapane, Lambrusco Grasparossa Secco NV
This is a joyful, pleasant and dry sparkling red wine. Lambrusco secco is the traditional drink of the old Italian taverns of Emilia. With a brilliant ruby red colour and a fruity, intense flavours and a lingering finish this is an enjoyable and easy drinking red with bubbles.

In the heart of Emilia Romagna, on the sun drenched and ventilated slopes around Castel San Pietro, grow Tenuta Coccapane's 30 ha of vines. Since 2000 their business has been characterized by a profound respect for the territory, for tradition and for work. Their experience covers three generations, a workmanship of the highest quality with a focus on innovation in order to produce a quality product of rural authenticity which has given rise to the Coccapane line.
This wine is fermented using the Charmat method in tank and aged fo 30 days in bottle before release.
