Produced exclusively for Moreno Wines, this wine is naturally fermented and macerated on the skins with daily punch downs to increase flavour and texture, before being put through a basket press. The wine is left to settle in tank before being transferred to concrete eggs and flexcubes (vessels designed to incorporate oxygen in the ageing process with more control and consistency than traditional barrels).
