Vintae’s aim? To take the soul of traditional Rioja wine and give it a bit of modern flair. That’s exactly what they’ve done here. The Viura grapes – the classic white variety of the region – are harvested and handled with care to preserve their fresh, fruity character.
After fermentation, the wine sees a short spell in oak barrels. Just enough to give it that subtle creaminess and touch of vanilla, without masking the citrus and melon notes. The result is a wine that’s well-balanced, vibrant, and packed with personality.
