Ca Di Rajo Lemoss Frizzante, 10.5%, Italy, Vegan
This is a rustic sparkling wine made in the old fashioned col fondo (on the yeast) style with zero dosage, unfiltered and frizzante. The result is a lighter fizz than other sparkling wines. Lots of citrus peel, green apple combine with refreshing acidity and a beautiful dry finish.
Vigneti Tardis, Fratelli Felix Bianco, 13%, Italy, Vegan
There's delicious aromas of tropical fruit (think lychee, peach and citrus hints) and a honeysuckle note. On the palate it is light and dry with a slightly chalky texture and bit of salt on the finish. Very easy drinking stuff with a bit of something about it. The skins are left to soak in the juice for 2 days before a light press. No additives bar a tiny amount of SO2 at bottling, neither filtered nor fined.
Ciu Ciu, Bianco Falerio "Oris", 13%, Italy, Vegan
The Ciu Ciu farm was founded in 1970 and has grown to 150 hectares of organic vines. The Bianco is a blend of Passerina and Pecorino with soft floral aromas, green apple, hints of banana and hazelnut with a touch of vanilla. A beautifully delicate, soft white wine that is perfect with vegetable risotto.
Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, VdP du Gard Cuvee des Galets, 14%, France, Vegan
Natural Grenache/Syrah/Carignan blend from the Southern Rhone. Sourced from Organic and Biodynamically farmed vineyards its packed full of dark berry fruits, liquorice and spice. A truly accessible natural red wine that pairs well with most types of food. There's no fining or filtration and minimal Sulphur added at bottling.

This 'crazy cat' wine has a real cult following. A blend of red and white grapes producing a joyfully bright wine, with crunchy red cherry, plum fruit and spice, beautiful plush texture from the concrete fermentation, and incredible purity and drinking pleasure.
