This is a super Sicilian white wine using the native Grillo grape variety. It has bright and juicy green apple, white peach and honeydew melon aromas that continue onto the refreshing palate with a tang of grapefruit. Really nicely balanced and very drinkable. Great value wine.
It's ideal with seafood and light pasta dishes.
