Luce d'Oro Ribolla Gialla NV is a crisp and charming Italian sparkling wine made from the native Ribolla Gialla grape, grown in the cool, hilly region of Friuli Venezia Giulia in the far northeast of Italy. It’s made using the Charmat method, so think lively bubbles, fresh fruit flavours, and a clean, dry finish.
In the glass, it’s pale straw yellow with a delicate mousse and vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus blossom, and a touch of almond. On the palate, it’s light-bodied and refreshing with flavours of lemon zest, pear, and white flowers, rounded off by a whisper of minerality.
Food pairings:
Fab with aperitifs – think olives, nuts, or a bit of smoked salmon.

Luce d’Oro means “golden light” – a nod to the sun-drenched slopes where these Ribolla Gialla grapes grow, just a few miles from the Slovenian border. This region has been making wine for centuries, and Ribolla Gialla is one of its oldest and most distinctive grapes.
The wine’s made using the Charmat (tank) method, like Prosecco, which helps preserve the grape’s bright acidity and fresh floral aromatics. It’s all about clean fruit, crisp bubbles, and that easy-drinking charm that makes it so versatile.
