Filey Bay, Moscatel Cask Finish Single Malt Whisky (70cl 46%)

Filey Bay's limited release whisky from their Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, first aged in old Bourbon casks before moving into old Moscatel casks with only 6,000 bottles released. Full of ripe tropical fruits, candied orange, sweet spices, cocoa, ginger and toasty oak. Incredbily complex with a soft, creamy texture.
