The 2023 vintage comes from sustainably farmed vineyards planted on classic Rheinhessen soils – a mix of loam, limestone and clay that give the wine its characteristic freshness and mineral streak. Fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young to capture all that bright, zesty energy.
