Adegas Laureatus is located in the heart of the Salnés Valley, a region or sub-zone belonging to the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin. Laureatus make their wines exclusively with 100% Albariño grapes from their own vineyards, with daily care and attention to detail to ensure absolute control of the entire process.
Some of their vineyards are almost 50 years old, and face south-southwest, which provides them with ideal sunlight throughout the day, allowing optimum ripening of the grapes. The vines are trained using the traditional vine training system and hand harvested in small boxes, destemmed, gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel to ensure the delicate flavour are optimised.
