Every batch is blended by them with care in Co. Cavan, Ireland. The name is inspired by ‘The Wild Swans at Coole’, an epic romantic allegory by one of Ireland’s greatest romantic poets, W.B. Yeats.

Their dairy cream comes from our family farm in the Boyne Valley in County Meath. The difference is that their cows graze the luscious green grass year-round to produce the finest cream in Ireland.
