Wine & Cheese Virtual Tasting with Wintertarn Dairy
Join us via zoom for another fantastic evening on Friday 26th February at 7pm, as we taste through 3 wines paired with a fantastic selection of cheeses from our Alty Market neighbours, award winning, Wintertarn Dairy. Kate and Michael from us here at Reserve will be on hand to talk about the wines and we'll be joined by Jeremy from Wintertarn to talk us through the cheeses. It's sure to be a great evening in a relaxed atmosphere to try some quality wines and cheeses and learn a little too.
We'll be tasting through the following pairings;
Ecker, Roter Veltliner, Austria
Goats Cheese
Staphyle, Iris Cabernet Sauvignon, Argentina
Aged Gouda
Sarabande, Misterioso Grenache/Syrah, France
Red Leicester
Please note that the wines and cheeses may change slightly as we finalise them with Wintertarn and the packs will be shipped on Tuesday 23rd to arrive on the 24th and ensure we get the freshest cheese possible.
