A perfect introduction to Orange wine, great fruit with ripe peach and apricot and then some grip from the time spent with skins. It has a lovely minerality from the Calcareous soils it's named after. Along with the fruit there's a herbaceous complexity particular rosemary, sage and thyme. there's an impressive acidity too making this very refreshing. A very special wine, which will delight if you're looking for something fun and different.
