    100% Chardonnay from five unique vineyards across Hawkes Bay. Fermented using wild yeasts and then malolcatic fermentation was allowed to take place in barrels for 11 months to add more texture and ageability to the wine, a further 4 months of ageing in tank on the lees brings even more depth and richness to the wine. 

    Lots of fresh citrus and blossom on the nose combine with a rich, creamy palate with roasted hazlenuts and almonds. A serious chardonnay that works well with meaty fish such as halibut, monkfish or lobster.
