Get to know: Sottano, Seleccion Malbec
Tasting Note
This is a seriously satisfying Malbec made with 12 months barrel aging in 70% French and 30% American oak. Aromas of plums, raspberry and violets. Bold and powerful on the palate with dark fruits, chocolate and vanilla. Good structure with velvety tannins.
Try this with grilled meats.
Kate Says
"We love the wines of Sottano. Their Seleccion range has great concentration and a focus on balance. It's powerful but also fresh. This will be a treat with a good steak."
