Rui Madeira, Natural Biologico 2019
Portuguese blend of Mourisco, Rufete, Tinta Roriz, Borrao, Jaen, Tinta Amarela and Touriga Nacional! All the grapes are farmed organically, hand picked and fermented with only wild yeasts and without temperature control. The wine is then transferred to large cement tanks for around 6 months before then bottled without fining or filtration. There's an explosion of fruit on the nose with wild bramble fruit and cherries. It's soft and smooth in texture with fine tannins and a refreshing finish.
