A beautiful sparkling rose filled with an abundance of red berry fruit, clean minerality and a touch of white pepper. Made from Pineau d'Aunis, aged for 9 months on the lees before being disgorged by hand.
The name Jean-Pierre Robinot is legendary amongst natural wine lovers all around the world. Having fallen in love with wine at an early age he moved to Paris where he met some of the movements true pioneers before opening one of the first bars dedicated to natural wines in the city. In the early 2000's he and his wife moved back to the Loire valley to start a journey into winemaking. Their farm is now around 7 hectares, organically farmed, fermented naturally and aged in the limestone caverns beneath the vines.
