A delightful blend of 75% Chenin Blanc, 25% Viogner from South Africa's Western Cape. Part of the Chenin here is wild yeast fermented and left with it's lees to add texture and a more rounded palate. The resulting wine is aromatic with lots of white peach and jasmine on the nose. There's riper, richer apricot and a bright minerality on the finish. Amazing with prawns grilled with garlic and chilli.
