Niepoort launched its first Rose in 1999, showing that a high-quality wine could also be pink in colour. Fermented in barrels and from old vines, Redoma is a balanced rose to be enjoyed with food rather than in a hot summer afternoon. With the freshness of a white and the complexity and structure of a red, it offers a different perspective of a rose. For this edition it is lighter in colour, reminiscent of the rose's from the French region of Provence.
