Traditional barrel fermented white Rioja, made using Viura and Chardonnay the wine is aged for 5 months inb French and American oak to add complexity, texture and flavour. It is intense on the nose with lots of white peach and tropicla fruits. It's silky smooth, well balanced and fresh on the finish. A great pairing for smoked meats.Â
