This exciting wine features a vivid brick-orange colour with lemon and rose pepper, followed by fruit notes of pomegranate and red plum, with additional sweet impressions of marzipan and dried cranberries.
The Pinot Gris bunches were hand-picked and destemmed. Fermented on the skins for 14 days, then matured for 10 months in an old 2000 liter Hungarian oak cask, and in two 300 liter new Hungarian barrels. Not fined nor filtered.
