Get to know: Encosta da Vinha Branco
Tasting Note
A bright and citrussy white with lemon and grapefruit aromas, a little herbaceous edge and some fresh minerality. The aromas follow on the palate with some crisp green apple and a hint of tropical fruit. An easy drinking and refreshing wine.
Try this with a zesty lime prawn and avocado salad.
Kate Says
"This is the kind of wine you'd rather be drinking by the pool on holiday. It shouts of summer. If you usually drink Sauvignon Blanc, give this a try. It's ideal with seafood dishes."
