Domaine Belleville, Rully 1er Cru Rabource 2017
Domaine Belleville was established in Rully at the beginning of the 20th century in the heart of wine-making Burgundy. With 22 hectares of vineyards spread out from north to south Burgundy, its wines express a diverse range of characteristics from both the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals. Domaine Belleville was purchased in 2017 by an American couple and group of international friends and partners who have since also acquired the Champagne house Leclerc Briant and Manoir Murisaltien in Meursault.
Mineral and fruity (white fruits) on the nose, with a touch of oak. A wellbalanced and rich wine. White fruit and minerals follow from the nose onto the palate finishing with spice and toast. Pair with fried fresh-water fish, saltwater fish in white sauce, or hot crustaceans.
