Champagne Delavenne is from a small family owned estate who focus on farming their 9 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards in a holistic way without the use of pesticides or chemicals. This is the sweeter offering in the range with around 32 grams per litre of residual sugar this is intensely aromatic, full of ripe fruits and well balanced acidity, it's a perfect match for chocolate.
It also works well with Japanese cuisine or dishes with a touch of spice.
For four generations, Champagne Delavenne have been committed to passing on their love of vineyards and wine by crafting a champagne that will live on in time. Each of their cuvées is made with passion, know-how and precision in order to express the best of the terroir from which it comes from.
