Big aromatic Pet Nat filled with lemon and lime citrus, green apples and a light, creamy texture from 10 months ageing on the lees.
Made using the oldest technique in the world for producing sparkling wine, Methode Ancestrale where the wine is bottled part way thropugh fermentation to trap carbon dioxide and thus creates a gentle carbonation, much light than the traditional method used in Chamnpagne.
With a slightly lower abv this is an ideal afternoon fizz, or a great partner to a boozy brunch.
