100% Chardonnay from all grand Cru vineyards in Le Mensil Sur Oger. Fermentation takes place in small, used oak barrels for around 10 months with regular battonage to give texture and flavour. No Malolactic fermentation takes place before the wine is transferred to bottle to age on its lees for around 6 years. Full of exotic fruits with a rich mouthfeel, delicate mousse and a long elegant finish.
