Avante Garde Aussie producers Alpha Box & Dice are at it again, paying tribute to those visionary winemakers who paved the path with deep respect for the land they farmed and the process of guiding the fruit to the bottle in the most thoughtful way possible.
Italian Variety Dolcetto grown in the Adeleide Hills with it's light red clay soils helping to bring light aromatics and gentle tannins. Aged for around 2 years before release this is incredibly more-ish. Lots of ripe cherries with aroma's that simply remind you of the autumn months when the leaves begin to drop and the night draws in. Get a hearty ragu on the hob, cook up some pasta and open this.
