The Forest Distillery has now relocated to join their sister Whisky distillery at the iconic Cat \u0026amp; Fiddle in the Peak District National Park.  They are still a tiny, independent distillery, and between the small team of 5, they continue to produce their products in the same ways that they did at home, using pestle \u0026amp; mortars and tiny 25 litre stills.
