Muscat is not too often used for dry wines, but it does great here in Alsace. Aromatic and very 'grapey' which is surprisingly rare for wine!

A really good quality Alsatian Pinot Gris that is very well presented, this is quite fat and round with honeyed notes, but still elegant and focused.

Pinot Blanc is a much under-rated grape, which really is at its best in Alsace. This version is savoury, with greengage and herbs - touches of lemon thyme, even. A great change of scenery.

Alsace's best kept secret, Sylvaner is related to Riesling, but tends to be drier and leaner. This has a lees character making it almost Chablis-esque. An obscure but brilliant wine to impress your wine geek friends with!

Citrus, pear, white flowers, this is a textbook Riesling. Crack this open when you're lounging in your back garden on a summers day.

A punchy apricot nose leaps out. Full bodied with black pepper and just a hint of chilli spice in the back. A fantastic example of Alsation Gewürztraminer

Smooth and round with flashing hints of apricot, melon and touch of lemon grass. Complex but (very!) easy to drink

mineral notes with pear and petrol overtones lead the way onto a long a dry finish. Incredibly refreshing!
