Muscat is not too often used for dry wines, but it does great here in Alsace. Aromatic and very 'grapey' which is surprisingly rare for wine!
A really good quality Alsatian Pinot Gris that is very well presented, this is quite fat and round with honeyed notes, but still elegant and focused.
Pinot Blanc is a much under-rated grape, which really is at its best in Alsace. This version is savoury, with greengage and herbs - touches of lemon thyme, even. A great change of scenery.

Alsace's best kept secret, Sylvaner is related to Riesling, but tends to be drier and leaner. This has a lees character making it almost Chablis-esque. An obscure but brilliant wine to impress your wine geek friends with!
